This Privacy Policy explains what information BestBallTracker (the "Service") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service you agree to this policy.
The optional browser extension captures your Underdog Fantasy drafts into your account. Specifically:
app.underdogsports.com, it reads the
drafts and picks shown to you (draft name, teams/slot, players picked, and Underdog's internal
draft/appearance IDs). It only reads pages you open yourself and does not access your Underdog login
or password.bestballtracker.com and
stored under your account. Your account key (shown on your Account page) is stored locally in the
browser to identify your account, and is sent only to bestballtracker.com.app.underdogsports.com (read your drafts),
access to bestballtracker.com (save them), and local storage (remember your key and
settings). It does not read other websites, browsing history, or personal data beyond your drafts.We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Underdog Fantasy.
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not collect or store your full card number or payment credentials — Stripe handles that directly. We retain only a customer/subscription identifier and your plan status.
We use your information to provide and improve the Service, authenticate you, deliver your draft analytics, process subscriptions, respond to support requests, and keep the Service secure. We do not sell your personal information.
We share information only with providers that help us run the Service, under their own security and privacy terms: Supabase (authentication), Stripe (payments), Render (application hosting), and Oracle Cloud (database). We are not affiliated with Underdog Fantasy or any fantasy platform.
We use browser local storage and session cookies to keep you signed in and to store your preferences and extension connection key. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
We keep your data while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us; we will delete it except where retention is required by law.
We use industry-standard measures (encrypted transport, access controls, token-based authentication) to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
