These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BestBallTracker (the "Service"), a draft-assistant tool for fantasy best-ball drafts. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
BestBallTracker helps you track and analyze your fantasy best-ball drafts, including live draft capture via a browser extension, average draft position (ADP), rankings, exposure, schedule, and injury information. The Service is an analytics and organization tool only. It does not place drafts or wagers, and it does not guarantee any particular fantasy result.
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and extension API key secure and for all activity under your account.
The Service offers a free tier (tracking of one draft) and a paid "Pro" subscription (unlimited drafts). Pro is offered monthly ($4.99/month) or annually ($39/year) and may include a free trial period. Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe; by subscribing you also agree to Stripe's terms.
You can cancel at any time from your account's "Manage subscription" page; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial ends unless you cancel first.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: attempting to access other users' data, reverse-engineering or overloading the Service, using it for any unlawful purpose, or reselling access without permission.
BestBallTracker is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Underdog Fantasy or any fantasy platform. Trademarks belong to their respective owners. Your use of any third-party platform is governed by that platform's own terms.
The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by BestBallTracker and protected by law. You retain ownership of the draft data you import; you grant us the right to process it to provide the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information (including ADP, projections, or injury data) is accurate or complete. Fantasy sports involve risk; we make no guarantee of winnings or outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BestBallTracker will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
